Shipping policy

Dispatch Times:

We aim for SAME DAY DISPATCH on orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays). Please note, during peak periods we process your order as soon as possible, but please allow 1-2 business days for personalised products to be made prior to delivery.

Delivery Options:

All orders are sent out via Royal Mail and any returns MUST be sent back via Royal Mail or we will not receive them.

FREE UK ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48H on orders over £35 will be automatically added at checkout.

FREE UK ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24H on orders over £75 will be automatically show at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are working hard to perfect our international shipping methods, but in the meantime, please email contact@gripluggage.com for any orders wished to be placed outside the UK - we look forward to hearing from you!

Monday- Thursday: 9am-5pm  |  Friday: 8am-12pm  |  Saturday/Sunday: Closed

We are closed on bank holidays and any orders placed at this time will be processed the following working day.
