Orders
Can I make changes to my order?
We try to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. Due to this, we cannot guarantee we will be able to amend your order, but we will try our best - Please email contact@gripluggage.com with your order number.
Please note, if your item has already been shipped we will be unable to make any changes, and so you can await the delivery and return items not longer required.
How long does it take to dispatch my order?
Though we do everything we can to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, please do allow 1-2 business days for dispatch, especially during peak periods. (Mon-Fri excluding Bank Holidays)
Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
I haven't received my order
We are sorry to hear this. Check your tracking number which can be found in your shipping notification email to see the progress of your shipment.
If the tracker states 'Delivered' but you haven't received your order, we suggest checking the same link for a proof of delivery image to see if you recognise where it has been left. Failing this, please check to see if your neighbours have accepted the delivery on your behalf.

Will I receive my 'Next Day Delivery' tomorrow?
Our next day delivery service is available through DPD shipping. DPD states next day delivery takes 1-2 working days, so although we dispatch next day delivery orders as quick as possible, please allow up to 2 business days for DPD to deliver, especially during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and New Year. It also depends when you place the order as to whether you receive the following day; ordering before 12pm betters your chances of receiving the order the following day.
Can my order be delivered through a different courier than DPD or Evri?
Yes! Get in touch before placing your order should you wish your order to be delivered via a different courier. And we love feedback, so please do let us know why you prefer the alternative courier.

How do I make a return?
To organise a return, please email contact@gripluggage.com with your order number and which items you wish to return and why; make it easy and reply to your order confirmation email! We will send you a Royal Mail shipping label to return your products, and upon receipt and checking the goods are as you received them, we will refund you accordingly.
Please note returns are £3.99 and will be deducted from your refund amount unless your item has manufacturing faults.

When will I receive my refund?
For GRIP to approve your return it takes 1-2 working days. From there, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@gripluggage.com.

Why should I get a GRIP suitcase cover?
When it comes to travelling, whether local nights away or catching even just one flight, a GRIP is a small price to pay for

YES! All our suitcase covers are designed in the UK by our GRIP team. We are passionate about launching new designs wherever possible, so sign up to email to be first in the know of any new designs before they hit the website and socials!

We will launch new designs wherever possible. Sign up to email marketing to be notified on new lines 24 hours+ before our social media channels!
Can I buy a personalised suitcase cover?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer personalised suitcase covers due to the costs associated and the timescale of receiving your suitcase cover once produced. Our stock is ready to ship from the UK with the option of next day delivery!
However, if you are looking to buy a design in bulk for your own company's branding, we would love to hear from you! Please email contact@gripluggage.com with your enquiry.
I'm interested in suitcase covers to advertise my own brand
Although we cannot accommodate single suitcase cover orders with personalisation, we can accommodate for company's looking to enhance their brand's exposure in a new way. Buy in bulk with GRIP and we will work with you throughout the process, from the design concept, to a pre-production sample video confirming you are happy with the print, to delivery.
Please note all personalised products are non-refundable, but the pre-production sample adds reassurance seeing a video of your design printed on a cover prior to mass production.
